The Skinner Company Background
|
Skinner pasta, one of America’s favorite pastas, is as rich in history as it is in taste.

It all started with two brothers Lloyd M and Paul F Skinner, who opened the doors of Skinner in 1911 in Omaha Nebraska. When it opened they made a lot more than pasta, including a bakery, meatpacking services and cold storage operations.

Shortly after World War I, Lloyd M. Skinner purchased the pasta and bakery businesses from his brother Paul, who continued to operate the meatpacking firm (lucky Paul!).

Skinner pasta is distributed throughout the southeast United States, but is most popular in Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Louisiana.
