Skinner Macaroni Company
The Skinner Macaroni Company, named for its founders Lloyd M. and Paul F. Skinner, was founded in Omaha in 1911 and as of 1979 was the sixth largest U.S. pasta producer, marketing in 32 states. The Skinner plant, built in 1961, was one of the most modern and efficient macaroni operations in the world, at that time.
