6 oz Skinner® Extra Wide Egg Noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 each garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp ground oregano
1/2 tsp salt
15 oz tomato sauce
1/3 cup water
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare noodles according to package directions.

2.  Preheat oven to 375°F.

3.  Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown beef with onion, garlic, oregano and salt.

4.  Stir in tomato sauce, water and cooked noodles. 

5. Pour into casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

6. Bake 20 minutes or until casserole is bubbling.
