Ingredients:

12 oz Skinner® Elbows
2 cups 1% low fat milk
1 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsps all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
8 oz shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, stir together milk, butter, flour, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently; remove from heat.

3.  Stir in cheese until melted.

4.  Stir together hot cooked pasta and cheese sauce; serve immediately.
