16 oz Skinner®® Lasagna
15 oz ricotta cheese
2 each eggs
1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
1 lb bulk Italian sausage
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  chopped parsley

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Lay pasta out on a cookie sheet and cover with damp paper towels.

3.  Preheat oven to 350ºF.

4.  Combine ricotta and eggs. On bottom of lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish, spread 1/4 cup pasta sauce. Add a layer of pasta and top with half the ricotta cheese mixture, sausage, pasta sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layering. Top with parsley.

5.  Cover; bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Uncover; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
