1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
garlic clove, chopped
1 3/4 cups whole tomatoes, undrained
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
8 oz Skinner® Large Elbows
  grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1.  In large skillet, brown beef, onion and garlic until onion tender; drain.

2.  Stir in tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce, and seasonings; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up tomatoes with spoon.

3.  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

4.  Toss hot pasta with meat sauce; sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
