1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 each garlic clove, minced
1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
1 cup water
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsps dried basil leaves
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
16 oz Skinner®® Thin Spaghetti
  grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1.  In large skillet, cook meat until done; drain.

2.  Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender.

3.  Stir in crushed tomatoes, water, tomato paste and seasoning. Heat to boiling; simmer 30 minutes. 

4.  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Serve topped with sauce and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
