7 oz Skinner®® Thin Spaghetti
2 Tbsps butter
1 1/2 cups half and half
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. 

2.  In large skillet, over low heat, melt butter. Stir in half and half, Parmesan cheese, parsley, nutmeg and pepper.

3.  Stir in cooked pasta. Heat through (do not boil). Serve immediately.
