12 oz Skinner® Extra Wide Egg Noodles
1/2 cup butter
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.

3.  Stir in whipping cream; heat until warm.

4.  Stir in 3/4 cup Parmesan.  Add hot noodles and parsley; toss until well coated.

5.  Serve with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan and fresh ground pepper.
