12 oz Skinner® Texas Shape
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 lb lean ground beef
1 each onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic clove, chopped
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 1/4 oz dry chili seasoning mix
15 oz petite diced tomatoes
8 oz tomato sauce
15 oz pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1.  Cook pasta according to package directions.

2.  Heat oil in a large non-stick saucepan. Add ground beef and brown. Add onion, garlic and green pepper. Stir in chili seasoning mix, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.

3.  Add beans and heat for 5 more minutes. Serve over pasta and garnish with cheese, if desired.
