16 oz Skinner® Fettuccine
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 each garlic clove, chopped
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup water
2 tsps beef bouillon
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups zucchini, sliced
8 oz fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 each red bell pepper, cut into strips

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  In large skillet, cook onion, garlic and Italian seasoning in oil until tender.

3.  Add water, bouillon and vegetables. Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

4.  Toss with hot pasta. Serve immediately.  Refrigerate leftovers.
