Ingredients:

1/2 lb thick sliced bacon, diced
1 each onion, chopped
1 each head of cabbage, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
16 oz Skinner® Fettuccine

Cooking Directions:

1.  In large skillet fry bacon until crisp. Drain fat, leaving 4 tablespoons.

2.  Add onion, cabbage, salt, paprika, and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes; stirring occasionally. 

3.  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

4.  Toss cabbage and bacon mixture with pasta. Serve immediately.
