12 oz Skinner®® Wide Egg Noodles
2 Tbsps onions, finely chopped
2 Tbsps butter
1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 tsps salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

3.  In a large skillet, cook onion in butter until tender. Add meat; brown thoroughly.

4.  Add salt, pepper, cooked pasta and soup.

5.  Pour into a 3-quart casserole and top with cheese. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes.
