6 oz Skinner®® Wide Egg Noodles
2 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
4 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp prepared yellow mustard

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain. 

2.  Meanwhile, in saucepan over medium heat, melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.

3.  Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Add cheese and mustard; stir until smooth.

4.  Toss hot pasta with sauce until well coated.
