Ingredients:

16 oz Skinner® Elbows
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
  salt, to taste
  ground black pepper, to taste
5 cups milk
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.  Heat oven to 350º F.

2.  Meanwhile, in large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.

3.  Blend in flour, salt and pepper; gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and mixture begins to boil.  Add cheese; stir until cheese is melted.

4.  In 3-quart casserole dish, stir together pasta and cheese sauce.

5.  Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
