16 oz Skinner® Elbows
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, sliced
2 cans (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain .

2.  Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook meat, onion and celery until meat is brown and vegetables are tender; drain excess fat.

3.  Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper. 

4.  In 3-quart casserole dish, stir together cooked pasta and sauce; sprinkle with cheese.

5.  Bake at 350º F for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
