7 oz Skinner® Elbows
2 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  chopped parsley (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour, salt and pepper.

3.  Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.

4.  Add cheese; stir until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.

5.  Stir in cooked pasta. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
