16 oz Skinner® Fettuccine
2/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; gradually stir in cheese then cream until well blended. Continue heating sauce, stirring constantly, just to boiling point.

3.  Remove from heat; stir in parsley.

4.  Add sauce to hot cooked pasta; toss lightly.
