8 oz Skinner®® Spaghetti
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cans (15 oz.) chili with beans
  shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil. Add onion; cook until tender.

3.  Add chili; cook until well blended and thoroughly heated. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chili powder.

4.  Serve hot pasta with chili; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, if desired. 

Variations: Add 1/2 cup chopped green pepper along with chopped onion.
