12 oz Skinner®® Linguine
1/2 cup olive oil
4 each garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp all purpose flour
4 cans (6.5 oz.) chopped clams, undrained
1 1/2 cups finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package direction; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, heat olive oil. Add garlic; cook until very lightly browned.  Blend in flour. Gradually stir in clams with liquid, parsley, salt and ground black pepper.

3.  Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve over hot pasta.
