8 oz Skinner®® Linguine
1 can (6.5 oz.) chopped clams (liquid reserved)
1 bottle (8 oz.) clam juice
3 Tbsps butter
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine reserved clam liquid, clam juice, butter, garlic, parsley, ground black pepper and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (if desired). Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; boil 10 minutes.

3.  Remove from heat; stir in clams.

4.  Toss clam sauce with hot cooked pasta.
