1 lb ground beef
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 each garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp dried basil leaves
2 cans (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
8 oz Skinner®® Rigatoni

Cooking Directions:

1.  In large skillet, brown ground beef until almost done. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender but not brown. Drain off excess fat.

2.  Add parsley, ground black pepper, oregano, basil and tomatoes; heat to boiling, then reduce heat and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes.

3.  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. 

4.  Stir cooked pasta into meat sauce before serving. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
