8 oz Skinner®® Medium Shells
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
1 cup Italian salad dressing
2 cups torn lettuce leaves
1 lb grilled chicken, cut in strips
  grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  In large bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken and lettuce; mix well. Cover; chill thoroughly.

3.  Just before serving, stir in lettuce; arrange chicken on top. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
