4 each bacon slices, chopped
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 each garlic clove, minced
1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
16 oz Skinner®® Spaghetti

Cooking Directions:

1.  In large saucepan, cook bacon until brown. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic; cook until onion is tender.  Stir in pasta sauce, salt, oregano and ground black pepper; simmer 10 minutes.

2.  In large skillet, heat oil; add chicken. Cook until browned on all sides.

3.  Add chicken to sauce; cover. Simmer 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.

4.  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

5.  Serve chicken pieces and sauce over hot cooked pasta.
