2 cans (6.5 oz.) chopped clams, undrained
1/4 cup onion, chopped
3 Tbsps olive oil
3 Tbsps butter
2 each garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 drops hot pepper sauce
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes
1/4 cup dry red wine
8 oz Skinner®® Spaghetti

Cooking Directions:

1.  Drain clams, reserving 1/3 cup liquid; set aside.

2.  Sauté onion in oil and butter until tender. Add garlic and parsley; sauté 30 seconds.

3.  Add tomatoes, pepper sauce, reserved clam liquid, seasonings and wine. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add clams; heat thoroughly.

4.  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions. Serve sauce over pasta.
