8 oz Skinner®® Thin Spaghetti
1/2 cup milk
1 each egg, beaten
1/2 lb bulk Italian sausage
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 each garlic cloves, chopped
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) pizza sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 cans (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2.  In large bowl, beat together milk and egg; add pasta and toss to coat. Spread evenly on greased 14 inch pizza pan or on bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

3.  In a skillet, over medium heat, brown sausage (or ground beef, if desired); pour off fat.

4.  Add green pepper, onion and garlic; cook and stir until tender.

5.  Add pizza sauce and Italian seasoning; simmer 10 minutes. Spoon evenly over pasta. Top with mushrooms then cheese.

6.  Bake 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
