8 oz Skinner®® Thin Spaghetti
1 lb smoked sausage, cut into 1/2"-thick slices
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 each garlic clove, chopped
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
1 jar (4.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
  grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  In large saucepan, over medium heat, cook and stir sausage, bell pepper, onion and garlic in oil until vegetables are tender.

3.  Stir in pasta sauce and mushrooms. Cover; simmer 20 minutes.

4.  Stir pasta into sauce; heat through. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
