Ingredients:

8 oz Skinner®® Vermicelli
1/2 lb lean ground beef
3 1/2 oz sliced pepperoni
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 each green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 each garlic clove, chopped
2 cans (15 1/2 oz.) pizza sauce
1/2 jar (4.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tsps sugar
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, brown meats; pour off fat.

3.  Add onion, green bell pepper and garlic; cook and stir until tender.

4.  Stir in cooked pasta and remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer covered 10 minutes.

5.  Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
