1 pkg Skinner® Texaroni
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
2 cups cooked fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 tsp salt and pepper

Cooking Directions:

Prepare pasta according to package directions. In a large bowl combine BBQ sauce and
mayonnaise. Stir in turkey, vegetables, celery and green onions. Season with salt and pepper to
taste. Serve room temperature or chilled.
