Ingredients:

2 Tbsps butter
1 Tbsp white miso
8 oz Skinner Linguine
1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
1 cup fresh corn (off the cob)
1/2 each juice of 1 lime

Cooking Directions:

    <p>Sauté corn in butter, stir in miso.<br />
    Toss with cooked linguine, add chives.<br />
    Finish with lime juice.</p>
