Ingredients:

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
8 oz Penne
1 piece peaches, sliced
1 Tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1 piece Burrata
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 piece salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Directions:

1 - Cook penne according to package instructions.
2 - Toss penne with tomatoes, peaches, herbs, and olive oil in a large bowl.
3 - Top with torn burrata, season to taste.
4 - Serve and enjoy!
